Who operates the website
Kataskevi Studio is a pre-launch digital agency brand in Greece. The business has not yet been formally registered. The identity and contact details of the person or organisation that will act as the data controller must be confirmed before public launch.
When you visit
Opening a page or requesting an image, font or video sends technical information to the systems serving the site. That can include your IP address, the time of the request, the page or file requested, browser information and a referring address if your browser sends one. The hosting or security provider may record some of this information. The deployment, logging settings, purposes, retention and recipients still need verification.
When you prepare a project brief
The form uses the information you enter, including your name, email, optional company name, service, budget range, plan, timeline and project description. Choosing Download your brief creates a text file in your browser without sending the form entries to the website. Your browser or device may separately remember entries or store downloaded files according to its settings.
When online enquiries are enabled
Online submission is disabled pending launch approval and completion of this notice. If enabled, sending an enquiry will submit the information you entered to Cloudflare Pages Functions so the operator can respond and discuss your project. The security check will use Cloudflare Turnstile. Resend will send the submitted details to the studio’s Zoho distribution group and send a minimal receipt to the address you provide. The group routes enquiries to authorised studio recipients. Zoho processes the message for receipt and replies.
The website uses temporary delivery and abuse-prevention records, including an enquiry identifier, keyed fingerprints and rate-limit buckets, provider email identifiers and separate delivery statuses. The database does not keep the enquiry text or raw IP address. The operator must confirm retention and deletion, including for provider logs and backups, before enabling submission.
When you email the operator
An enquiry may include your name, email address, message, attachments and mail metadata. The operator would use that information to respond and, where relevant, discuss a project. If Zoho Mail is used, it will handle the mailbox and related message data. The mailbox provider, account region, retention rules and access arrangements must be verified before this notice is finalised.
Purposes, providers and retention
The proposed purposes are to deliver and secure the website and to respond to enquiries you choose to send. Before launch, the operator must confirm the legal basis for each purpose, any legitimate interests relied on, the recipient and processor roles, retention periods or criteria, and any international transfers and safeguards.
Cloudflare, if enabled for delivery or security, may process website traffic. Using an EU mail region does not by itself establish that all access and processing stays within the EU. The actual provider contracts, settings and transfer arrangements must be checked.
Your rights and how to contact us
Depending on the circumstances, data protection law gives you rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, and receive certain data in a portable format. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where it is the legal basis, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The privacy contact and the procedure for requests will be confirmed before launch.
In Greece, the supervisory authority is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
